Mihai is well known for the rich intensity of colour and unique shapes he produces in his studio in Romania. They reflect the artist's skill achieved in more than 20 years of constant work and exploration. Mihai's glass art sculptures and creations are an exuberant expression of life; titled accordingly to reflect their inspirations - nature, culture and the regions of the world.

Mihai Topescu's glass art has won awards and international prizes around the world, and his work is on exhibition in many museums and galleries. In addition Mihai is prominent in the Who's Who of Contemporary Glass Art.

The designs are hand crafted by Mihai and his team of glass blowing masters using new, modern techniques and the superimposition of several layers of coloured glass-they are not hand painted.
